Contact
Contact and appointments
This form sends a message to the office. It is not a booking system, and it is not a channel for clinical information: please do not include detailed medical details, and do not use it for an urgent situation.

Send a message
For an emergency, call 911 or go to the emergency department. For nursing advice at any hour, call 811. This form is not monitored continuously.
Your message has been sent
Thank you. A reply is usually sent within 3 business days. If your situation is urgent, do not wait for a reply: contact your physician, call 811, or go to the emergency department.

The referral pathway
In the Quebec public system, a plastic surgery consultation is arranged through a physician’s referral. Once the request is received it is triaged according to how urgent the condition is, and the office then contacts you to arrange the appointment.
- 01 Obtain a referral Your family doctor, another specialist, a specialised nurse practitioner or the emergency department can write the request and send it to the office by fax or through the hospital’s referral system.
- 02 What to bring A valid health insurance card, any imaging already done, your list of medications and allergies, and the operative reports of any previous surgery on the same limb.
- 03 What to expect The first visit includes taking a history and examining the hand, sometimes further imaging, and then a discussion of the options. A decision to operate almost never has to be made the same day.
Clinic details
Clinic contact details will be published here as soon as they are confirmed. Until then, the form is the most direct way to reach the office.
Referring physicians
A referral is most useful when it states the side involved, how long the symptoms have been present, what has already been tried, what imaging exists, and what the patient’s work demands. Those four lines usually speed up triage more than any follow-up call.
